ORDER STATUS

The definition of the various order status is as follows:

New: Your order has been received and it is awaiting the start of processing
Payment and Order Fulfillment Processing: The funds are being transferred from the 3rd party-billing agent to JustaVIP. Next, during this stage the availability of the product is being verified.
Processing Completed and Placed in Shipping Queue: The payment and availability processing of the order has been completed and the item is available for shipping. The order is being packaged/prepared for shipment.
Shipped: The package has actually been shipped.
On Hold: The order has been placed on hold. The item could be out of stock or we could have a question that effects the completion of the order. In all cases, a follow up email is sent with full details.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Once your order is received, there will be a 48-96 hr processing period. After the processing period, you will receive your shipment in about 7-10 BUSINESS days. WHEN CALCULATING TIME OF ARRIVAL: PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD THE 48-96 HOUR PROCESSING PERIOD AND PLEASE REMEMBER BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Shipping will take place through a choice of services provided by the USPS, UPS, TNT, or other express service. A signature is required at time of delivery.
The shipping/handling cost is only $4.99 per item to any location in the United States!!!

RETURN POLICY

· "NO FUSS RETURNS/EXCHANGES": Returns or Exchanges are available. However, there is a $20 re-stocking fee. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item for a RMA (return authorization number) and instructions on returning the item. Otherwise, the buyer takes responsibility.

· In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect size (based on tags); defective item; wrong item, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item for a RMA (return authorization number) and instructions on returning the item. Otherwise, the buyer takes responsibility.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. The inventory is very dynamic and some times an item may become out of stock. In the rare event this happens, the customer is notified right away for direction.
