  1. Once I place an order, how long will it take to receive it?
    On average it takes 1-2 weeks for delivery. Please refer to the "Shipping/Delivery" section on our Terms and Conditions Page for full details.
  2. What are the shipping/handling charges?
    Currently the shipping and handling cost is only $9.99 per pair to anywhere in the United States!!!
  3. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Yes, but please refer to the “Return Policy” section on our Terms and Conditions Page for full details.  We make no exceptions to the terms and conditions.
  4. What methods of payments do you accept?
    We accept credit card payments and money orders.  Please refer to our “Payment Methods” section on our Terms and Conditions Page for full details.
  5. What shipping company to you use?
    We primarily ship by the USPS.  However, we do sometimes use different carriers.
  6. How can I check on the status of my order?
    We update the status of your order with each stage. You will receive email notifications throughout the process. Please refer to our “Order Status” on our Terms and Conditions Page for full details and definitions of each stage.
  7. Do you ship to international addresses?
    Yes, we ship worldwide to confirmed addresses.
